Not so terrifying

Quick update. It wasn't as bad as I thought. 7.5. At least it stayed the same. WHEW! Now I am off to the gym. More trial and error. Today I am reducing my basal rate, only not as much since I am starting out at 172...

Here goes!

Thanks Scott and George for the words of encouragement!!

Amber,
Glad that it wasn't as terrifying as you worried it would be.
I agree with George. A number is a number. It tells you where you are and helps you plan where to go next.
I wish I could give you some great advice about a super solution for working out. All I've managed to figure out is what I do one day, doesn't necessarily work the next. For me, it has more to do with IOB (insulin on board) and what I've eaten throughout the day....FOB. (food on board)
Just keep trying. You'll figure out what works for you.

Alright! What a sense of relief yes?

You're more than welcome for the support. :-)

Hang in there! Not long ago I would've given almost anything for a 7.5 (until the pump). Keep up the great blog!!
